10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Space9 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. DISCLAIMER

• Space9 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THESE TERMS.
• NO REPRESENTATION IS MADE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL SATISFY ANY LEGAL OBLIGATION UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS OR REGULATIONS.

12. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration according to the rules.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Space9 regarding your access to or use of the Service.
